What is a Reserve Study? A Reserve Study is a long-range plan that identifies future capital projects and deferred maintenance projects, assesses the current condition of assets, their remaining useful life, and cost of repair or replacement.

FIRST
The On-Site Meeting with property management and directors collecting important information such as financials, maintenance history, future projects and goals of the Golf Club or Community. This important step allows us to customize the Reserve Study to meet the client's needs.

SECOND
The Site Inspection of each property is performed by two qualified Reserve Study Professionals each specializing in different aspects of the Golf Club or Community. This methodology results in the most accurate reports in the Reserve Study industry.

THIRD
The Reserve Study Report includes a comprehensive component inventory of each reserve item detailing current condition, useful life, remaining life, current cost and future cost. This information is then utilized to predict future expenditures and recommend a 30-year funding plan.
