The Site Inspection

of each property is performed by two qualified Reserve Study Professionals each specializing in different aspects of the Golf Club or Community. This methodology results in the most accurate reports in the Reserve Study industry.

THIRD
The Reserve Study Report

includes a comprehensive component inventory of each reserve item detailing current condition, useful life, remaining life, current cost and future cost. This information is then utilized to predict future expenditures and recommend a 30-year funding plan.
