Over 20 years of experience in the golf course industry, with a specialized focus on reserve studies for the past decade, Eric provides a rare perspective that bridges the gap between complex golf course operations and long-term financial strategy. As a CAI Licensed Reserve Specialist (RS) and a former Class A Golf Course Superintendent, he has a deep technical understanding of the "physical" life cycle of a course—from irrigation pump stations to clubhouse infrastructure. Eric has overseen hundreds of infrastructure projects, ensuring that every Reserve Study is not just a document, but a defensible financial roadmap for Boards and General Managers.

He is a nationally recognized expert, holding both the Professional Reserve Analyst (PRA) and Reserve Specialist (RS) designations. Throughout his career, Brad has overseen the evaluation of over 1,000 complex facilities and infrastructure projects, specializing in high-precision replacement cost modeling. His background in risk assessment ensures that your clubhouse and property assets are evaluated with the accuracy needed for sound, long-term financial planning.
